私達は2つのネガティブフィードバックを貰いました。

どちらも商品が届かないという内容です。

私達はこれが起こった原因は商品到着までにお客様とのコミュニケーションが不十分な為に不安な気持ちを与えてしまったと考えます。

行動計画:
1.私達はこれから発送状況を逐一、お客様に連絡が出来るようにシステムを取り入れていきます。
2.そして担当スタッフを雇用します。
3.発送状況に問題があれば迅速に日本郵便と調査していきます。

システム構築とスタッフ増強により顧客サービスの向上に努めていきます。

We received two negative feedback, both of them said our products did not reached to our customers . We think that the cause of this problem is the insufficient communication between our customers and us before they received our product , and that made them confused.

Action plan:
1. We build a system which allows our customer to track our packages after we sent.
2.We hire a new staff for that operation.
3.In case that any problems occur, we cooperate with Japan Post to conduct investigations on them.

We will work on improving our service, hiring new staffs, building the new system from now.
