当店でご購入いただきました商品の返品・交換は、未使用（試着を除く）の状態で、商品到着後30日以内に限り承ります。商品返品の際は、商品本体のほか、付属品（タグ、説明書、包装資材など）すべてをご返却ください。
万一、ご購入いただきました商品が初期不良であった場合は、商品到着後30日以内に限り、返品・交換を承ります。商品到着後30日間を過ぎた場合は、修理対応となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
なお、初期不良と思われた場合は、返品される前に当方に連絡いただければ幸いです。

We accept returns or exchanges of our products you purchased from us within 30 day of delivery when you return it in unused (except trying them on) condition.　In addition to the product itself, please return all accompanying items (tags, user manuals, packaging materials).
In case of manufacturing defect, we will refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please be advised that after 30 days of delivery, it will be repaired.
If you think you received a defective product, please contact us before you return the product to us.
