第13条(解約申し入れ)
乙の都合により本契約を解除するときは、3カ月間に通告し、期間終了と同時に乙は完全に甲に店舗(事務所)を明け渡すものとする。
ただし、右の場合に乙が賃料の3カ月分を即時に支払うときは、即時に本契約を解除することができる。

Article 13 ( cancellation proposal)
When B party terminate the Agreement of convenience , it is notified for three months , at the same time when the time end, the B party is intended to completely vacate the instep to the store (office) .
However, in the case the party B pays the 3 months rent immediately , it is possible to terminate this agreement immediately.
