Thank you for your refund. However I cannot understand the Paypal fee £6.32. Why I should bear the Paypal fee? This time the problem was in the item itself as you accepted. It is not my personal reason to ask you to refund.
Also I paid £19 as a shipping charge. So you should refund £127 as a item price, £30 as a shipping charge and £19 as a shipping charge to resend the item so the total should be £176.
