It shows information about production and conveyance. (there are two types)
It is the information card shows “WHAT” “HOW MANY” “WHEN” product and convey.

Detects lag or over advancement of a schedule.

A device of Kaizen.
Reduce a piece of Kanban.
Reduced Kanban means the chance to Kaizen.

Production Kanban:
Shows “WHEN” “WHAT” “HOW MANY” should be produced.

Withdrawal Kanban:
Shows “WHEN” “WHAT” “HOW MANY” should be conveyed.

Remove the Kanban when you touch the first parts box.
