思ったよりもたくさんの人がいて私の歌を聴いてくれたよ。屋台がたくさん出てたから、たこ焼き食べてきた。

お客様の英語が聞き取れなかったときに、「もう一度おっしゃっていただけませんか？」ってどうやって丁寧な言葉で言ったらいい？たまに失礼な英語で話してないかなって心配になるんだ。

When I couldn't understand customer's english, how to say "もう一度おっしゃっていただけませんか？(I beg your pardon?, Would you speak once again?)" politely? Sometimes, I am warring about that didn't I speak English rudely.
