I have nothing to say other than that "Have a clear idea of the importance of a presentation".
In other words, once you recognize the importance of a presentation, what you have to do is just have an awareness of "How I can give a better presentation". Then you will reach to the following rather ordinary points :
-Put large letters on your slides so that audience at the back‐row seats can read them easily.
-For that, the number of letters in one page should be less than 10 lines.
-Select contents and summarize them in simple phrases
-Use charts, graphs, photos and illustrations so that your presentation attracts interest of the audience.
