Has the parcel arrived without getting any damages?

I tried very hard to tell Japan Post about your inconvenience when you experienced the damage. I told which post office you went as well, but they said it won't help you to get any compensation paid.
(Japan post said that it is not sure that you really went.)
I told a story of you going to the post office, but they said it doesn't prove anything.
They told me to ask you the name of staff who talked with you at least.
