先日購入した商品が届いたのですが、私が注文した商品と全く違うものが届きました。

私はとても急いでこの商品が必要です。

１、もう一度注文するので急いで発送してくれますか？また、その際日本に直送は可能ですか？

２、間違って届いた商品を送るので、そちらに届いたら返金してくれますか？

３、返品の送料はどうなりますか？

The product which I purchased few days before has arrived, but it was different from the product which I ordered.
I need this in a hurry, and the product is necessary.
1, If I order again, will it be sent to me immediately? And, is the direct shipment possible to Japan?
2, If I send the wrong product back, will you refund charge to me?
3,How about the postage?
