Federal Compliance Terms. Applies to Suppliers paid with federally-sourced funds. Applicability. The terms of this Part 3 apply to the purchase of any goods and services by the University using federally-sourced funds. If Supplier is not otherwise aware of whether the funds are sourced from a federal grant or contract, then Supplier shall inquire of the University. F2. Compliance. All goods and services sold hereunder shall be produced, sold, delivered and furnished in compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to procurement under loans, grants or other financial support of the United States government agency or agencies which have provided that support ("Funding Agency").

適用
本パート３の条件は、連邦の資金の活用による商品及びサービスの購入に適用する。サプライヤーが資金が連邦の助成金または契約を源としているかいなかを知悉しない場合、サプライヤーは大学へ問い合わせる。

F2　コンプライアンス
本契約において販売される全商品及びサービスは、ローン、助成金、米国政府の代理店もしくはサポートを提供する代理店（「資金源の代理店」）の他の財政的サポートにおける購入に適用する全法律及び規則に準拠し製造、販売、配達及び供給される。
