工程の進みや加工品の精度などに何ら寄与しない不必要な加工を行う事をいう。

部品や道具の配置が悪いために生じる余分な動作や、作業中に必要な道具を探したり取りに行ったりするムダをいう。仕事がやりにくい原因となる。

不良により加工に要した時間が全くムダになり、生産を阻害してしまう。

不良品が工程内で発見できずに市場に出てしまった場合、不良製品のために失った客の信用は、金で買う事が出来ない。

運搬のムダとは、一時的な仮置きや積み替え、または必要以上の運搬距離により生ずるムダをいう

Which mean doing unnecessary manufacturing to the process of manufacture or finished goods.

The arrangement of component and tool is the reason that will cause the manufacturing process become difficult such as finding a tool that needed to continue the process of manufacture.

And also manufacturing a defective product will become an obstruction of the production.

If a defective product on the market cannot be found while in the process, the confidence of precious customer will never buy back.

The waste of transportation , mean temporary loading, transshipment, and the unnecessary distance of transportation
