Because of the sense of relief that is felt due to availability of the stock of products, the basic measures, which are needed to deal with damage of the equipment, the problem of quality of products and other issues, get delayed.
This refers to the situations when the workers are not doing anything because the amount of work is small or the balance of the previous stage of production is bad, or the equipment is involved in automated production product.
