Additional info: アメリカの取引先メーカーとのやり取りです。
以前よりExclusive Distributorとして認定していただくようお願いしていましたが、なかなか話が進みませんでした。
ですので弊社はこのメーカーとは別の商品を新たに販売するために準備をしておりました。
ですが、先日この取引先メーカーからExclusive Distributorとして認定したいと連絡がありました。
新商品の販売準備を進めていた為、一度はこの申し出を断りましたが、相手の強い要望を受けて申し出を受けることにしました。
この文章は私からの返答文になります。

本日弊社は緊急会議を開き重要な決断をしました。

昨日説明しましたとおり、現在弊社は新たな商品の販売準備を進めていましたが、
御社との契約を優先させる為に急遽延期することにしました。
倉庫の確保も御社の製品を考慮したプランに変更します。
その変更は2,3週間で完了するはずです。

ですので正式にExclusive Distributorとして認定していただくようお願いします。
また、下記の内容で注文しますので、来週の御社の注文と一緒に生産をお願いします。

また、支払い時期をお教えください。

As I explained yesterday , currently our firm have advanced the sale preparation of new products but it was decided to suddenly postponed it, in order to give priority to the agreement with your company .
We will also change the plan taken in consideration about the ensure of the warehouse for your company's products.
This change should be completed in 2 or 3 weeks .

For this reason I ask you to be certified as officially Exclusive Distributor.
Also, since you order is in the following contents, please produce it together with your next week order .
