日本で、外国人観光客が最も多く訪れる都市をご存知ですか？
広範囲では東京とも言えますが、一つの都市として言えば、実はこの新宿区なのです。
ここには東京都庁があり、世界一乗降客数の多い駅もある巨大都市です。


有名な観光名所だけにとらわれず、この都市にとって真の意味で重要な場所を紹介したいと思います。


作品は多種多様ですが、全作品に共通する最大の特徴は、その背景の景色が日本の街並みだという事です。
そして、それも含めて一つの作品として成立されるのがパブリックアートの素晴らしさだと思います。

Do you know the city which the most foreign tourists visit in Japan?
It could be said Tokyo in the broad sense, but actually it is here Shinjuku as a city.
Here in supercity Shinjuku, there is Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the busiest station in the world.

We would like to introduce the truly important place for this city regardless of the famous seeing spots.

There is a wide variety of exhibit, the biggest common characteristic among the all exhibits is that the background is Japanese street.
It makes one exhibit and we think it is the fabulousness of public art.
