フリーシッピングには、追跡番号は付いてません。
入力ナンバーは当社の商品管理番号です。
商品到着には７日前後です　遅くても９０％ぐらいは２週間で到着いています。
３週間待っても届かない時は、郵便局に保管されていることが、ほとんどですので　
近くの郵便局に尋ねて欲しい。
また　アイテムに著しいダメージがあれば、私に連絡して必ず解決します。
商品到着までしばらくお待ちください。

The free shipping has no tracking number.
The input number is our item number.
it takes about a week, it will be there in 2 weeks for almost sure.
if you don't get the item after 3 weeks, it would mostly be kept at the post office so I would like you to ask the closest post office.
Also if the item had a big scratche or something, let me know and I will solve the problem.
