ロット内のバラツキが同じ場合は大きいロットは小さいロットに比べて小さい抜き取り比率で同じ性能の検査を行うことができる。

但しロットが大きくなると生産条件が異なるロットで構成される可能性が高くなるので抜き取り検査の性能が悪くなる。

抜き取り検査ではランダム・サンプリングで試料が抜き取られる。

A large lot can be inspected with smaller sampling rate for the same performance test compare to a small lot in case that the dispersion within a lot is large.

However, the sampling test efficiency gets lower when the lot gets bigger as the possibility of the lot constituting different lots produced in different conditions.

Samples are pulled out with random sampling for a sampling test.
