製品出荷の最終的な関門であると共に、出荷後の品質保証を担っている。
見逃し等のＮＧ品が客先に納品されたら会社全体のイメージダウンに繋がる。
検査のスピードも必要ですが、正確さが一番重要です。

規定要求事項（検査基準書）を満たしているかどうかを検証し、良品・不良品を判断すること。

検査と試験の違い

製品の品質特性の測定を行ってそれが規格内であるかどうかを判定する作業を検査という。
品質管理では品質の測定を行って調べるだけの作業を試験といい検査とは区別している。

Difference between inspection and testing

Inspection refers to a task to judge products meet the standards by measuring their characteristics. In quality assurance, testing refers to a task of measuring quality, and it is distinguished from inspection.
