初期不良のBを再確認したところ、
正しいサイズの new connecting bar があれば問題を解決できる事が判明しました。
jibを連結できない原因は後方jibのconnecting baｒが大きいためでした。

顧客へはすでに製品交換で対応済みです。
new connecting barだけを送って下さい。
できれば予備も含めて2つ送ってほしいです。
今後も同じ初期不良が発生する可能性があると思います。

The reason jib could not connect was because connecting bar on rear jib was too large.

If possible please send 2 including extra piece.
