①受注に至るプロセスにおいてデモンストレーションを行うことがマストになっている。デモ可能な人員アサイン不足により遅れがおきた。
②デモ可能な人員が増えた影響で、デモ機が足りない状況に陥った。
③11月、12月に商談数を伸ばすことができなかった。（営業の認識・力量不足）⇒　1月2月の苦戦

The gap between the condition of October and current condition

1. In ordering process, we have to make demonstration. However, we were not able to assign enough members who can make demonstration and caused delay.
2. After increasing the members who can make demonstration, we faced with shortage of demonstration machine.
3. We were not able to increase the businesses with customer (lack of recognition and ability of sales representatives. ⇒Struggles in January and February
4. Business process wasn’t simple
