返送されたフィギュアを確認しましたが、貴方の言う通り、部品の欠損ではなく最初から腕が付いてなかったようですね。
メーカーがこの様な不良を発見できずに販売するのは珍しい事だと思います。
私も出荷前に中身を確認すれば良かったです。

私が貴方に荷物を送ったアドレスが正しいにも関わらず届かなかったという事はUSPS側の問題だと思います。
再度送料をお支払い頂ければ私は貴方に商品を再発送させて頂きますが、それでも宜しいでしょうか？

I checked returned figure, but as you say arm had been missing in the first place instead of missing parts.
I think it is rare that the manufacturer could not find such failure before selling.
I should have checked content before send it, too.

Although your address which I sent the parcel to was correct but it did not reach you, I guess that's a problem at USPS side.
If you pay shipping cost again I will resend the item to you, would that be okay?
