Q1で年間予算の半分の実績を上げました。チーム全員が一丸となって、お客様と交渉しQ2からの前倒しに成功したからです。
Q2は既存のカードシステムのDR化で、Q1に導入した残りの部分を提案します。主にTCによる設計・構築作業です。DCが新しくなるので、ケーブル敷設等のTSビジネスもあります。その後、Q3では現在提案を進めている百貨店のDRを受注します。またLYNCなどのコミュニケーションツールも導入予定です。Q4では、クラウド化とオムニチャネルを本格化させます。

We achieved a half of annual budget in Q1 because we worked as one and successfully negotiated with the customer to get contract of Q2 in advance.
For Q2, in applying DR to existing card system, we will propose remaining tasks of Q1's installation. The remaining tasks are mainly designing and installation by TC. Because DC will be new, TS business like cable installation will be occurred. Then we will receive an order of department store's DR which we are working on proposal. In addition, we have plan to install communication tool like LYNC. In Q4, we will start using Cloud and Omni channel on full scale.
