何回もキャンセルを申し出ているのに、応じてもらえません。
それどころか支払いも済ませてないのに勝手に船便で商品を送ったとのメールがきました。
また、断るなら未払いケースを請求すると言ってきました。

I claimed it several times but they didn't accept it.
In addition to it, they sent me a shipping confirmation e-mail even though I haven't payed it yet. They told me that if I refuse this payment again, they will claim unpaid case.
