カーヒーターとは、自動車に装着されている暖房装置の総称である。
元々は独立した暖房装置であったが、今日ではカーエアコンの機能の一部に組み入れられている。
暖房風の温度は、冷凍サイクルで冷却された空気とヒーターコアを通過する冷却水で暖められた空気をＨＶＡＣユニット内通路の可動式ドアの開閉で冷風と温風をミックスし、最適な温度の風をつくり、車室内を適温にする。

“Car heater” is a general term for all of the heating system equipped on the vehicles.
Originally it was an independent heating system. Nowadays, it’s built in as a part of air-conditioning function.
The air cooled with the refrigeration cycle and the air warmed by coolant water which passes through the heater core are mixed together by the opening and closing of the movable doors which are located in HVAC unit passage to creates the best temperature wind to make the appropriate temperature for the vehicle interior.
