どちらがベターかといえば、やはり(1)の「使用しない」というのがベスト。
見間違いやすい記号や文字を使わないのであれば、見間違えることはない。
しかし、仕事の状況に応じて、どうしても使用しなければいけない場合もあるでしょう。
そのときには(2)の「ふりがなをつける」という方法で、間違いを防止すればいい。
「O(オー)」や「0(ゼロ)」のように、文字のあとにふりがなをつければ、見間違いを防ぐことができる。
