先日、受け取った商品を返品したいです。
お客さんから受け取った掛け布団カバーと枕カバーにシミがあると苦情が来ました。
その部分の写真を添付したので見て下さい。
この2つの商品のうち、掛け布団カバーの方は糸のほつれもあります。
私達はこれらの2商品を返品したいと思っています。
受け付けて下さい。

春シーズンのカタログは出来ましたか？
完成したら、荷物と一緒に送って下さい。
カタログに使用した写真のオリジナルデータをCD-ROMに入れて一緒に送って欲しいです。

I'd like to return the product I received the other day. I got a complaint from a customer that there were stains on the quilt and pillow covers.
Enclosed is the pics of the stains. One of those products - the quilt cover has loose threads. We'd like to return the two products. Please kindly accept this.

Have the catalog in the spring season been made yet? When it has been published, please send it with the package. Also, we hope you enclose the original data of the pics used in the catalog in the package by saving the data in CD-ROM.
