もし、2月28日までにアメリカの配送会社より回答が得られなかった場合は、一度荷物の受取を拒否して頂き、

日本に返送されたのを確認して、再度、新しい商品をこちらから出荷した方が早いかもしれません。

その場合は、お客様のいとこ様のお名前で再送いたしますので、念の為にお名前と住所をお知らせください。

If I receive any answer from them, I will let you know asap.

In case you won't be able to get any feedback from the distributor in the U.S. by the 28th of February, it might be faster that we re-ship the product again after you
denying the receipt of the baggage once and making sure that it has been sent back to Japan.

In that case, we will re-ship it to your cousin, so please let us know the name and the address.
