返金に関してですが前回お伝えした通り一度商品を開けた物に関しては規定通り商品代金の50%の返金となります
しかしあなたが間違って購入してしまった事を社内で検討した結果、50%ではあんまりだという事で、結果80%の返金をしようと考えています
我々は返品された商品を日本に戻し検品し再度中古として販売する必要があり全てにコストが掛かります

But we considered about you bought it by mistake, we are thinking of refunding you 80%.
We need to ship the item back to Japan, inspect it, and resell as a used, so it costs all.
