昨日この注文につてチャットでValenciaと話をしました。
以下がその内容です。

UPSに確認したところ、2つのパッケージは紛失したようです。
送り人からUPSに電話連絡するように指示されました。
vendorにUPSへ連絡するように依頼して下さい。

先ほど、Order#60と同じラグをを再注文しました。(いつも御社にこのように指示されるので。)
ベンダーに事情を説明して必ず2月19日までに届けるように依頼して下さい。

届かなかった2枚分のラグはキャンセルです。
返金処理をお願いします。

I have chatted with Valencia on this order yesterday as follows.

According to UPS, the two packages were lost.
They directed us to let the sender to call UPS.
Please kindly ask the vendor to call UPS.

Just now, I have re-ordered the same rugs as in the Order# 60, as you always give us such direction.
Please kindly explain this situation to the vendor and ask them to ensure the delivery will be done by Feb. 19th.

Concerning the two rugs which did not arrive, we would like to cancel the order.
Please kindly process those repayment.
