サンプルを郵送し、素材は何にするか聞かれ、回答すると
その後、返信が頂けなくなりました。
最低ロットが100以上という事も理解していますし、
まず返信がなぜ頂けないかを知りたいです。
生産が不可能であればこちらから郵送したサンプルを返送してください。
ご返信をよろしくお願い致します。

Thank you tani1973 san for your review. I felt that using the term "impossible" is too harsh. I was wondering whether there would there be any other way of saying "not possible".
What is wrong with the phrase "why we have not been given"?

ご意見いただきありがとうございます！"possible”以外では"you cannot produce it"でもいいと思います。なお"why we have not been given"に関してですが、まず「頂く」というのは「与えられる」という意味ではなく「もらう」（receive, get)の謙譲語です。なのでもともと能動態で表現できるところを受動態にして複雑にする必要がないというのが修正の理由です。英文では受動態は可能なかぎり避けた方がよろしいかと思います。
