私の方で答える事が出来れば貴方を煩わせないで済むのですが、
質問の内容がメーカーやサーバーの管理者向けとなっているのでお願いした次第です。

添付したエクセルファイルに回答をお願いします。
一般的なクラウドサービス向けの設問なので的外れな内容もあるかもしれませんがご容赦下さい。
