You must have sent an item to international brokers. I do
not know to where I should contact about the international brokers.
I contacted the telephone number that was listed on the slip and
the delivery company in Japan.
They said that I should ask you and you should compensate for me.
You said that you sent it under the condition where it would be delivered
safely. However, the tape at the bottom of the box was partly cut off and it was loose caused by the weight of the item when I received it.
I would like you to compensate for the 2 cups that were broken.
