I hope you can understand my concern because the photos in this auction are exactly the same with the photos in the auction I previously won.
I am not saying that I can be sure you and the seller "mints_house" are in cooperation, but I guess I can ask eBay to check for me on information such as computer IP address.
Also, I think in order to use the same photos for the item you are selling, you will need to have transaction record from that eBay user since you should have bought the item from that user.

取引上のトラブルの内容はコンテキスト不足では難しいですね。多少訳で補足することも必要かと思います。
