2月3日AM8：35分からSPEEDI SHUTTLE を予約していた山田です。
私は当日AM10：00までバスの到着を待ちました。
しかし到着しなかった。
飛行機の搭乗時間が迫っていたのでタクシーで空港へ向かいました。
御社の責任でバスに乗れなかったので
クレジットカードで支払い済みの$27.86を返金して下さい。

ゲームソフトは到着時ビーニール梱包がなく開封された状態でした。
貴方はProduct codeを持っていませんか？
ゲームをインストールできない場合は代金を返金して欲しいです。

I am Yamada.
I am asking for a refund for the 27.86 Dollars for the SPEEDI SHUTTLE.
The reservation was for February 3rd, 8:35AM for the SPEEDI SHUTTLE, but the bus did not arrive. I waited for the arrival of the bus until 10:00AM and since the departure time for the Airline was closing by I was forced to use the taxi. I strongly ask for the refund.

The plastic wrap was not in place when the game arrived. Do you have the Product code?
If the game cannot be installed please make a refund of the payment.
