①poor qualityは「送った画像の質が悪い」の意ではないでしょうか？ここでは「画質が悪くて申し訳ありません」とするのがより自然化と存じます。品質ですと製品のクオリティが悪いかのように感じます。
② i have to pay paypal comissions for each payment...i lose money and prices for you are very low.ですが、prices for you are very lowの主語はprices for you ではないでしょうか？この場合の文意は「1回の支払ごとにpaypalに手数料を支払わなければならない。（手数料により）赤字になるだけでなく、（購入者に対して提示している）価格自体もかなり安価である」となり、その次のSo I will send you money request for this comissions ～の「5回分（5件分）の手数料を請求しても構わないか？」につながるのではないでしょうか？
