通関(TNT)から到着の電話がありました。「ANIMAL SNEAKERS 2足」が通関書類に「レザー100%」と記載されていると連絡がありました。これは間違いで「合成繊維100%」です。日本では革靴の輸入関税が非常に高いです。1足30€以上かかります。間違いを正した通関書類をメールに添付して送ってください。日本の通関への提出書類です。こちらから通関業者(TNT)に書類をFAXする必要があります。大至急ご対応ください。

We received a call from the customs clearance (TNT). They said that "2 pairs of animal sneaker" was listed as "100 percent by leather" in the document of the clearance. This is wrong, and it should be "100 percent by synthetic fiber". In Japan, import duties for the leather shoes is very high. 30€ is required for 1 pair.
