If you are using an AC adapter, please make sure that the adapter is rated for an output of 12 volts DC at a minimum of 2000mA (2.0 Amps). If your adapter puts out less current than 2000mA, the scope will not be able to communicate properly. The polarity of the plug is tip positive.

If you still have issues please contact the Dealer/Distributor you purchased from for assistance.

ACアダプタをお使いの場合、アダプタに最低2000mA（2.0アンペア）の12ボルトの出力があるのか確認をしてください。アダプタの出力が2000mA以下の電流なら、スコープが正しく動作することができません。プラグの極性は先端がプラスになっています。

問題が解決しない場合は、購入したディーラーまたは販売店へご連絡をお願いします。
