前回お話しましたが、当方以前にもガラスパネルが割れていたことがありました。
ですので梱包は厳重に特にガラスパネルは絶対に割れないようにとお伝えしました。
今回の商品の梱包は全然厳重ではないです。
緩衝材等全く入っていなくまた２重のダンボールでしたがただ重ねただけでは何も意味はないです。
USPSにクレームをしても梱包状態が悪いので申請は通りません。
ただ商品はガラスパネルを交換して使用致します。
ガラスパネルは自分で買いますのでガラス代の１４０ドルをご返金ください。

As I told you before, I received a broken glass panel before.
Thus, I told you to make sure to pack the glass panel with special care in order to avoid any damage in transit.
It had no cushion materials, and it had two layers of cardboard, which does not work at all.
Even if I submit a claim to USPS, it will be rejected due to the bad package condition.
However, I will use the product after changing the glass panel.
As I will buy it myself, please refund me $140 for the glass panel.
