お客様にお伝えしなければいけないことがございます。発送前の最終確認の段階でヘッドに少し打痕と塗装焼け（ムラ）があることが発覚しました。写真を添付します。○○工場から直送して店舗に保管していたもので確かに「新品」ですが、なんらかの衝撃が加わりこのようになってしまったのだと思います。ですので$100のディスカウントをさせて頂きたいと思い連絡をしました。お客様の意見をお聞かせください。もし、その内容でご了承頂けるなら速やかに発送準備にとりかかります。よろしくお願い致します。
I have something I must tell you. During final inspection before shipping, we found the head has some damages and paint unevenness. Please see the attached photo. Although products directly sent from OO factory and held at the store are brand-new, it was damaged by some kind of impact. I am contacting you to suggest that I would like to give you a $100 discount. Please let me know what you think. If you agree to this term, I will prepare it for shipping right away. Thank you.
