ピローケースへのモノグラムに関してお願いがあります。
2枚ペアの商品を注文してonly 1 monogramと表記しているのですが、
毎回2枚ともにモノグラムが入っています。
モノグラムが入ってしまうと他のお客様へ販売できなくてとても困っています。
今すでにこちらの倉庫に販売ができないモノグラム入りのピローケースの在庫がかなりたまっています。
今後only 1 monogramの表記の商品へは1枚だけにモノグラムを入れてもらえますか？
I would like to ask you a favor regarding the monogram on the pillowcase.
Every time I place an order for one pair of two pillowcases with the comment "only 1 monogram", I receive 2 pillowcases with monograms on both of them. I can't sell the pillowcase with monogram, so I'm always at a loss.
Currently, our warehouse already stores a large number of pillowcases with monograms, which are unsellable.
From now on, regarding item with the comment "only 1 monogram", could you include only one pillowcase with monogram in the item?
