Additional info: eBayで返品を受け付けることになりました。バイヤーからプリペイドラベルを送ってくださいと言われていますが、日本に住んでいたら用意するのが難しいことがわかりました。

残念ながら日本ではプリペイドラベルを用意することができませんでした。プリペイドラベルを取り扱っている配送業者がありません。アメリカではプリペイドラベルで返品するのが普通なのかもしれませんが、日本ではそういう習慣がありません。アメリカに住んでいる人同士なら簡単でしょうが、私は日本に住んでいるので難しいです。なので、先に私の住所まで返送していただけませんか？送料の明細が写った写真をメールで送っていただければ、必ずすぐに返金します。お手数ですがどうかご理解お願いいたします。

Unfortunately, it was not possible to arrange for a prepaid label in Japan. There are no couriers that offer prepaid labels. It may be a common practice in the U.S. to return items using prepaid labels but that is not done in Japan. It may be easy if we were both living in the U.S. but it is not practical because I live in Japan. Therefore, may I ask you to send it to my address first? If you can e-mail me a photo of the shipping receipt, I will reimburse for that immediately. I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
