クレジットカードの明細を FAX して欲しいとのことですが、
現在は Web で明細を確認するようになっており、ご指定いただいた
「クレジットカード番号の下４桁」「住所」が明細では確認できません。
カードそのものは手元にあるので、それを写真かなにかで送るというのは
難しいでしょうか？
また、住所に関してはクレジットカードが私のところに郵送されて来たと
きのものでは確認になりませんでしょうか？

他に方法があればご指示ください。
