No problem :-) I just noticed that I missed one more mistake. "On which day in this month" -> "On which day this month" ( "in"は要らない). Also, "On" is certainly not wrong but 私の意見では"On"を省き、 "Which day this month are you going to make a payment?”の方がしっくりきます
