Thank you for the attached, however DHL has advised they require your signature on the statement.

We need proof acknowledging the charge other than the statement. If he is able to print out the document, sign it, scan it and send it back to us then it would much easier to obtain the result we desire.

「私達は料金面での承認の証明書が署名事項より必要です」この部分少し怪しい感じがします。誤訳かもしれません。
「私達の要望はとても容易に完結します。」この辺りも訳が原文から離れたような？？？
