・出来れば日本語が話せる方。中国語がわかる人で、日本語が中級レベル（私とのコミュニケーションを通じて能力は向上していきます）。
・1日に3時間程度は仕事できる人。週に一度は私とskypeでコミュニケーションをとれる方。
・日本の品質基準を理解している人。

■採用の流れ
１）私が用意するExcel形式で、テストリサーチ（10商品）をしてもらいます。
２）テストリサーチ終了後、Skypeにて面談します。
３）面談結果で採用になると、その日から作業できます。

English

・Candidate who can speak Japanese if possible, and who understand Chinese and intermediate Japanese.
(Your Japanese level will be improved through our communication.)
・Candidate who can work approximately 3 hours a day and can communicate on Skype with me once a week.
・Candidate who understand Japanese quality standard.

■Until the employment
1)You will do test research (10 products) that I will prepare by Excel.
2)After the test research, you will take an interview on Skype.
3)If you passed the interview, you can start to work at the same day.
