1) 酸化 means oxidation, completely irrelevant to acids although 酸 does mean acid in other contexts. Note that 酸素 is oxygen. This is a huge error considering this is a technical text.
2) 低分子="small molecule" or "low molecular weight". 低 does not mean "less" volatilization. It's actually saying that 低分子シロキサン (low-molecular-weight siloxanes) are volatilized from organic silicones depending on the operating environment.
3) となるため in this context means "because", not "in order to". Because この酸化シリコーンはスイッチにとって非導電物となる, the use [of organic silicones] is limited in スイッチ構成部品及び製造工程.
