正月休みで返信が送れてすいません
USPSの荷物の保管期限は1ヶ月なので最初の配達日から10数日しか経っていない現在の時点でSenderに返送されたというのは何かの間違いだと思います
もう一度この点をUSPSに強く伝えて荷物の所在の確認と再配達を手配してくれませんか?
現時点では私に出来る事は無いがもし本当に返送された場合は荷物が私に到着した時点で返金もしくは再送をしますのでご安心下さい
あなたに手間を取らせて申し訳ないがこれはUSPSのミスであるという事をどうか分かって下さい

We are sorry for our late reply due to new year holiday. USPS hold the cargos for a month. It's been only about 10days since the first delivery, so we assume that it is misunderstanding that they sent it back to a sender. Could you kindly insist on this and ask them where the cargo is, and tell them to deliver it again? I cannot do anything at the moment, however, if it's really sent back to us, we will send it again or refund you as soon as we receive the cargo.
We apologize to ask you to do some troublesome things, but please kindly understand that this is the mistake USPS caused.
