すぐに紹介してくれた学生にお願いして、ベトナム人学生と連絡をとり、社内各所とも連携しつつ、「外国人向けインターンシップ」を組み立てて実施しました。これが現在の ”GIP” の始まりです。

人とのご縁というのはとても有り難いもので、そこから先は なし崩し的に、弊社アドバイザーからの紹介、AIESECの私の母校の大学委員会からの紹介、そして同僚のバドミントン友達の紹介など、様々なルートから、いろいろな国籍の外国人インターンがきてくれるようになりました。

We asked those Japanese students to contact with those Viet Namese immediately and all the departments in our company were required to cooperate with each other. So, "the internship to foreigners" was set up which resulted in the beginning of the present "GIP".
Thanks for the relationship between people. Through the introduce of various people, such as our advisers, the committee members of my alma mater-AIESEC University, and our colleagues's badminton friend, foreigner interns from different countries came to our company.
