今回調べたAとBは面白い本という共通点はありつつも方向性が違った。Aはどちらかというと一つ一つの作品に強いメッセージが隠されていなくても、読者に支持される本を作る事に優れてた。読者に支持される本と自分が書きたい本の狭間で揺れていた事もよくわかった。Bは壮絶な人生を送り、それが本の中で現れている物が多い。読者に対して、強いメーッセージを送りたいというはっきりとした意思が全体を通してみられた。読者のニーズに専念した作品と、その人本人のこだわりの作品が読者に評価された違いのようだ。

A and B I investigated this time were both interesting books, but had different directions. A was excellent at creating a book supported by readers, even though each work did not contain a strong message. I could tell that the author hesitated between the book supported by readers and the book the author himself wanted to write. B went through a difficult life, which appears often in the book. His intention to send strong messages to readers was clearly seen throughout the book. The difference between the two is that one focused on the needs of readers while the other pursued the author’s own interests, which was well received by readers.
