サーバーはあまりお金かからないしレンタルするのが良いと思いますよ。
ただこのScriptで収益をあげるのは難しいですね。Adsenseでも少し利益が出るぐらいです。

私の場合、テスト用のドメインでデモサイトを立ち上げて確認してから本番のドメインで運用しています。
(利用していないドメインが沢山あるので）
サーバーのスペックが低いとエラーになると思うのでオススメのサーバーを他の人に聞いた方が良いと思います。
私が利用しているサーバーは日本のサーバーなので全く参考にならないと思います。
