お客様の要望はよく分かりましたが、その要望には一切答えることができません。
なぜなら日本の製品を日本から購入するということは、日本使用になっているのが当たり前じゃないでしょうか?今まで日本製のカメラをヨーロッパに発送していますがそのような要求は一度もありません。したがって私共に落ち度はないと判断しましたので、お詫びをする必要もありませんし、返金をする必要も無いと判断しました。
